CR/SSG Congratulates Constituents on 2020 New Yam Fiesta

The Secretary to the Cross River State Government Barr. Tina Banku Agbor has felicitated the traditional rulers and  people of Boki  local government area on the occasion of the 2020  Boki new yam festival.

  Barr. Agbor in a goodwill message to the occasion issued in calabar said yam remains the king of all crops adding that this year's celebration was particularly unique as agriculture remains the sure way to economic recovery from the covid- 19 pandemic.

 She enjoined entrepreneurs and investors to take advantage of the friendly environment and potentials of Boki and invest in the area.

 She thanked the State Governor Sen. prof. Ben Ayade for his development strides in the area and empowering young people in the area through various appointments and pledged their unflinching support to his administration.

 She enjoined the people of the area to key into the various agricultural programs of the Governor Ben Ayade's  administration and that of the federal government for maxim benefits.
